Everybody has heard of T-10,9,8….3,2,1 and lift off. Whats it got to do with a life hack? It works on the principle that, once the countdown starts you cannot, and will not, back out.
Take for example something small, like cleaning your room. You are lazing on the couch, playing the latest installment of FIFA 17 or reading answers on Traderji. You know you would have to do this task, but you keep pushing it saying it will just take 5 minutes and you end up sleeping in that mess.
In this case, one should prepare his mind for the task and start the countdown. Sure you will groan when this happens, but please do not back down. End result? Clean room and satisfaction.
Amazingly in those 10 small seconds, you will feel a change in your system from Can’t DO to NEED to DO and the adrenaline, the spark and, more often than not, the courage to do the most amazing things.
