How to save the charts.

hi,
i have problem saving charts..
currently i am working on more than 30 stocks simultaneously...
once i do all my studies (like marking points, trendlines , writing texts etc)
i also write some texts on a bottom blank pane below the price chart (where we mark rsi or other indicators)
i save the chart --> right click --> template --> save --> type of chart as *chart ( chart template )

as i reload it later all the texts is gone and i have to do all the studies again...
and the problem is half texts remains ... half is deleted... also parameters gets changed...
pls help me.... as i am not able to perform my studies on multiple charts due to this:confused:.
