Non filling of Income Tax Return

I have received a letter from income tax department of non filling of Income tax return for financial year 2013-2014 and they need some information regarding the following points
1.) TDS return - Salary to Employees (section 192A)
2.) Purchase of equity share in a recognised stock exchange
Please guide me on what should be done
